We are Kaleider Ltd. A not-for-profit production studio based in Exeter UK. Our website is Kaleider.com.

If you opt-in to receive our news

If you have given us your name and email address for the specific purpose of receiving electronic newsletters via email, then your information is held securely on a website called Mailchimp.com. Mailchimp’s Privacy Policy and GDPR procedures can be found here.

If you apply for job or complete a survey

If you have provided us with information about yourself as part of a job application or survey, then your data is help securely on a Google Form on Google.com. Google’s GDPR procedures can be found here.

Controlling your personal information

Users are not required to provide contact information in order to use kaleider.com. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so. We will not use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation from May 2018 for no charge and this will be made available to you within one month of the request being made.
